My mission is to impart knowledge and empower individuals to elevate their health, find balance, and embrace vitality even in the face of life's most formidable challenges. 

 My journey into holistic health began at Trinity School of Natural Health, where I earned certification as a Natural Health Professional, and I am dedicated to continuing my education in this field. The path to holistic healing became clear to me during a pivotal moment in 2020 when my father was diagnosed with cancer. Witnessing his journey alongside his Naturopathic Doctor sparked a deep awakening within me. It was then that I recognized my true calling. 

Having struggled with personal battles and the quest for true health foundations, I am fueled by a passionate desire to guide others past emotional barriers and fortify their wellness pillars. I believe wholeheartedly that this is the path that God has appointed for me. Despite my father's eventual loss to cancer, his journey of addressing foundational elements and lifestyle modifications left him feeling stronger and healthier than ever before. I am driven by the fervent belief that everyone deserves to feel empowered, regardless of their health circumstances.

Bioenergetics goes beyond chemistry, looking even deeper to the flow and transformation of energy in living organisms. It explores how energy is produced, stored, and utilized within cells and organisms to sustain life processes. When energy and energy fields are out of balance this causes our bodies to work harder and even incorrectly resulting in dis-ease of the body.

Here's how the NES Health system works:

1) Assess the Body-Field: Using cutting-edge scanning technology, I provide you with a comprehensive wellness report in seconds. While not a medical assessment, the scan often reveals correlations with known health concerns. More importantly, it uncovers underlying issues, allowing us to address concerns at their source with bioenergetic solutions. We can do this by scanning your voice so it can all be done from the privacy of your home!

These support the optimization of the body-field’s energy levels and information flow, ensuring proper communication. A healthy body is all about energy and communication.
